As art of the admission process we contact your insurance company to make sure your hospitalization is pre-approved. While pre-approval doesn\u2019t guarantee payment, your insurance company or doctor\u2019s office will notify you if there are any issues.<\/p>\n Interpreters are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week for Spanish speakers. Interpretation is provided for other spoken languages and for American Sign Language via video connection. With 20 overnight guest rooms, a state of the art kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfortable common areas, this is a place where families can recharge and relax with the peace of mind that they are only steps away from their hospitalized child.<\/p>\n RMHC\u00ae<\/sup> Michiana is located on the second and third floors of the Skyway Building, just across the street from Beacon Children\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n DAY SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n Many families register for Day Services, which are available seven days a week, 365 days a year from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.<\/p>\n Day guests may enjoy the comforts of home while visiting the House for meals,\u00a0taking a shower, doing a load of laundry, or simply escaping the stress of the hospital for a few minutes. If you are interested in these services, reach out to your nurse or social worker, who can get you a referral.<\/p>\n OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n Families who receive a referral from the hospital may register for an overnight guest room. Our House has 20 overnight bedroom suites, each equipped with two queen size beds and a private bathroom.
