5K Fridays

Run a 5K Every Friday

Starts June 15

If you want to train for a 5K race or prefer to run in the company of other like-minded people, register for 5K Fridays. Every Friday for 8 weeks, run a 5K. This is perfect training to prepare you for your first — or your 50th — 5K race.

8 Weeks (June 15 to August 3)
Fridays at 6 a.m.
$35 Member | $50 Non-Member
Non-Members allowed access of locker rooms before/after race

Just like a race, you will be given a bib number so your runs will be timed and tracked. At the end of the eight weeks, prizes will be given to the most improved, most attended, fastest, etc.

This is a fun and effective way to get ready for your 5K.
