Monthly Health Screenings 2019

Each month, Beacon Health & Fitness Granger and South Bend will perform walk-in health screenings for members. These health screenings assess member’s height, weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, blood pressure and resting heart rate, as well as give information on the month’s topic.

OCTOBER: National Health Education Week

Participants receive a Quick Look assessment (height, weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, blood pressure and resting heart rate), a handout on general health/fitness guidelines, and smoking cessation info

NOVEMBER: American Diabetes Month

November 19th: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
November 20th: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Participants receive a Quick Look assessment (height, weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, blood pressure and resting heart rate), a handout on diabetes risk factors

DECEMBER: Biggest Winner

December 18th: 4pm – 5pm

Participants receive a Quick Look assessment (height, weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, blood pressure and resting heart rate) and Biggest Winner Registration forms
