Kerri Anderson is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She holds a Personal Training Certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Group Exercise Certification through Aerobic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Kerri is also a Les Mills GRIT Coach and a Certified Balanced Body Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair Instructor. She also holds certifications in Ballet Barre, Pilates Mat and Water-in-Motion. Kerri finds her true passion in high intensity interval training and competitive running and incorporates her ambitious approach into helping her clients surpass their fitness goals.

Bridget is certified through AFAA as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She is also a Wellness Coach certified through Wellcoaches and School of Health & Wellness Coaching. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life to help them identify new strategies and paths to an improved quality of life. She specializes in Pilates, and has been at Beacon Health & Fitness since 2007.

An enthusiast of exercise for over 30 years, Susan began her instruction in Pilates through Balanced Body University. She has completed training in Advanced Mat, Advanced Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair and other small apparatus. Prior to the birth of her three children, Susan was a Registered Cardiac Nurse and practiced for over 16 years. She utilizes her knowledge of the human body to personalize each session to the client’s physical needs. When not teaching Pilates, Susan enjoys water skiing with her husband and children, kayaking, bike riding, boating and walking. She is active in her church and loves to travel. She feels very blessed to be able to do all the things she loves to do, with Pilates at the top of that list.

Lauren was born in Cincinnati and grew up in South Bend. She has always enjoyed fitness and has played competitively in volleyball, cheerleading, soccer and equestrian events. Lauren joined the Beacon Health & Fitness team in 2013 and currently holds certifications through AFAA group exercise, Water-In-Motion, Les Mills GRIT, Ballet Barre, Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair. In her free time she enjoys reading, horseback riding and spending time with friends and family. Lauren loves being a part of the healthy change in people’s lives and strives to help everyone meet their health and fitness goals.

Colleen holds a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as Pilates Mat and Reformer Certifications through Balance Body Pilates. Colleen enjoys working with clients who are interested in core strength, stretch and flexibility and enjoys teaching strength, stretch, mat Pilates and Pilates reformer classes.

Beth began taking Pilates as a way to make her a stronger ballet dancer and prevent injuries. Inspired by her own progress and her teachers, she wanted to share the benefits of Pilates with others. As a life-long lover of movement and the outdoors, Beth enjoys hiking or biking the trails with her dogs.

Del is the Group Fitness Coordinator at Beacon Health & Fitness for both Granger and South Bend locations. She has worked within the fitness industry for over 30 years. Del has worked for Beacon Health & Fitness since 1995 teaching a variety of class formats: GRIT, Strength, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chair and Barre. Del holds AFAA Group Fitness, GRIT, Ball, Bosu, and cycling certifications. Del is a Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA and is PHI and Balance Body Pilates Certified Trainer on all equipment. Del specializes in Pilates equipment and loves the way these fantastic pieces of equipment can change lives.
