Lauren was born in Cincinnati, OH and grew up in South Bend. She has always enjoyed fitness and has played competitively in volleyball, cheerleading, soccer and equestrian events. Lauren studied Exercise science and graduated with her undergraduate degree from Concordia University-St. Paul and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. Healthcare Management. In her free time she enjoys reading, horseback riding and spending time with her husband, Cory and German Shepherd, Stella. Lauren loves being a part of the healthy change in people’s lives and strives to help everyone meet their goals through fitness.

Stacy has a true passion for teaching people the power of connecting the mind to the body. As your instructor, her goal is to teach you how to apply heathy posture, mindful movement, and energy efficiency to your daily routine. Stacy began teaching in 2010, after she received her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teaching Certification. Shortly after that, she started taking Pilate’s classes and became a certified Pilate’s Instructor.  She continues to be a Pilate’s perfectionist – constantly learning and developing her technique.  Stacy holds Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and BARRE certifications from Balanced Body.  Stacy is married to her husband, Rob. Together they have four children.

She has 7 years of coaching experience; including high school and the US Lakeland Regional High Performance Development Team and Club. Melissa has a passion to help individuals be their best in all aspects of life. She believes becoming healthy is more than just being physically fit; it is also being mentally fit and loving ones authentic self. Jessica DuBois Beacon Health & Fitness Granger Personal Trainer

Jessica DuBois is a recent graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Exercise Science.  At IU, she taught various group exercise formats including barre, cardio hip hop, kickboxing, and total body strength and conditioning. Along with group exercise, she also gained experience working with cardiac rehab programs and a GOAL program that worked with families and children combatting obesity and unhealthy lifestyle habits. Outside of Beacon Health & Fitness, you can find Jessica choreographing musicals and teaching dance classes at Premier Arts Theater in Downtown Elkhart. Jessica has a passion for all aspects of health and wellness and working with others in their journey towards better health.
