Bridget is certified through AFAA as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She is also a wellness coach certified through Wellcoaches and School of Health & Wellness Coaching. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life to help them identify new strategies and paths to an improved quality of life. She specializes in Pilates, and has been at Beacon Health & Fitness since 2007.

Sarah has been in the health and fitness field for 13 years and pursued her Masters 3 years ago, simply because she LOVES what she does.

Brad has experience working with high school and college athletes, adults just wanting to maintain their fitness level and individuals with physical limitations. He has worked with people coming off of physical therapy; many whom have thrived after learning what they can and can’t do and how to get back to their former self. Brad believes that everybody has needs and goals and it’s just a matter of finding what works best for each individual. Brad is a fan of Olympic lifts and functional movements. During his free time, he is a competitive water skier.

Colleen holds a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as well as Pilates Mat and Reformer Certifications through Balance Body Pilates. Colleen enjoys working with clients who are interested in core strength, stretch and flexibility and enjoys teaching strength, stretch, mat Pilates and Pilates reformer classes.

Jake is extremely passionate about working with people who have a wide range of abilities and goals. He has experience working with people who have chronic diseases, athletes and those looking to change their body composition. He doesn’t claim to have any specialties but rather being a “jack-of-all-trades” who has the ability and knowledge to work with anyone. His philosophy is based on a deep scientific understanding of the human body and research in the field combined with practical experience. His goal is to design safe and effective workouts that are designed specifically for the goals and ability level of each individual. For his hobbies, Jake currently competes in powerlifting competitions and has also competed in triathlons in the past. Besides training, Jake also leads our Phase IV Cardiac Rehab, Roll It Out: Corrective Exercise and TRX classes.
