This 10-week program offers participants weekly health challenges, team support, group workouts, motivation, prizes, fun and MORE! Lose weight or simply get back on a healthy track by mixing up your exercise routine and tightening up your eating plan. Designed for all fitness levels, the program includes gym membership for non-members at all three facilities.
Learn how to manage your health with the nationally recognized Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP™) offered at Beacon Health & Fitness. This 6-week program helps reduce elevated blood sugars through changes in lifestyle, diet and exercise using reasonable, but challenging goals that fit within your life.
Freedom From Smoking, developed by the American Lung Association, is a seven-week program conveniently held at Beacon Health & Fitness. Hundreds of thousands of people have become smokefree through a Freedom From Smoking® group clinic, which offers a structured, systematic approach to quitting smoking.
The Beacon Health & Fitness Best Medicine program is divided into several different diagnoses. The individual programs conduct specialized fitness classes designed to help improve all aspects of the participant.
