How do I know if nutrition counseling is right for me?

Nutrition is key to how our body functions. Over time, we can influence development of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease or kidney disease by what we eat.  If you are currently experiencing an issue, diet can often help.

“You put me on the right path to a healthier life and weight loss.  It really works!” – Monika

“Working with Erica has been a wonderful opportunity for me to learn and I loved it! I reached out to her after struggling with food intolerances on my own AND trying to juggle the nutritional needs of my very active lifestyle. I felt tired, bloated, and nearly defeated. Erica provided guidance, tips, and perspective as she encouraged me to follow a Low FODMAP diet and adjusted my daily calorie intake/macro breakdown. After following her plan for a month, I cannot tell you how great I feel. I have energy AND feel properly fueled for my hard workouts (thanks, carbs!). The adjustment to the Low FODMAP diet has been challenging but Erica’s advice, perspective, and support has made it much easier. I am so thankful for Erica. I definitely should not have waited so long to reach out!” – Olivia
