Jessica’s main goal when working with her clients is to have them enjoy their time working out to ensure reaching their goals are fun. Teaching them that it is important to have an end goal, but more importantly, making small goals along the way so the end goal isn’t so daunting. She enjoys working with all age groups, typically sticks to weight training, and adds in HIIT and circuit training to mix it up.
