Youth Performance Program
You want the best for your child. You want your child to be healthy and to enjoy sports. You may also have concerns about possible injuries. This is where Beacon Sports Performance Center can help. Whether your child wants to be the star of the team, or just wants a little more playing time, we can help him or her reach his or her goals.
Our coaches will push athletes to their limits, but not beyond them. We use positive reinforcement to ensure that your child feels good about his or her accomplishments. And at the completion of the first session, you’ll see the improvement in your child’s athletic performance and a boost in self-confidence.
Beacon’s Youth Performance Program trains athletes in every sport from ages 10 to 14. Our team-based, sports performance training is designed to increase speed, foundational strength and agility, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. The goal is to provide a safe, positive atmosphere that promotes long-term athletic development leading to increased confidence, character and overall life success.
Beacon Sports Performance Center programs are developed with the collaboration of Beacon Health & Fitness Medical Director Dr. Michael Messmer, the Beacon Medical Advisory Board and Head Sports Performance Coach Kyle Schutts. Athletes of any skill level can realize their full potential through advanced training programs taught by Kyle and his coaches in our climate-controlled facility. Each 60-minute session will introduce the principles of muscular movement patterns and thoroughly educate young athletes. Sessions are positive, productive and most important — FUN!
