Beacon Health System was selected as the new name for the parent organization.

Beacon Health Ventures formed, bringing together Memorial Home Care, Elkhart General Home Care, Compassionate Caregivers, then Mar-Main Pharmacy and Partners in Personal Care.

Elkhart General Medical Group and Memorial Medical Group come together to form Beacon Medical Group, the largest, most integrated physician group in the region.

Elkhart General Home Care opened 36,500-square-foot facility.

Beacon partnered with HealthWays to promote health and well-being through a new approach called Population Health.

Beacon began exploring the idea to create a Blue Zones Project® in north central Indiana to create an even healthier, happier and vibrant place to live for years to come.

Beacon marked the beginning of construction of the new Beacon Health & Fitness facility in Mishawaka, a 67,000-square-foot facility that will include the latest fitness equipment and a sports performance clinic.
