Celebrating “We Are Beacon”
At Beacon Health System, like many families, each individual member brings with them their own distinct gifts, insights and expertise. Each associate’s unique strengths and abilities work together to create a positive atmosphere of hope and healing. Without the contributions of any one of the important roles our associates fill, we would fail in our Mission to empower health. No associate is “more important” than another. We all equally share in the accomplishments and success of Beacon.
We rely on the talent, energy and dedication of our invaluable associates to provide the life-changing, world-class care our community has come to expect. Every department, each specialty, each person brings with them a rich history of expertise and passion for doing “what’s right.” Without it, we simply could not do what we do.
In recognition of these efforts, every Beacon associate will receive a gift in celebration of “We Are Beacon” festivities. Instead of separate gifts that recognize specific departments throughout the year, exclusive We Are Beacon gifts are meant to symbolize the power that comes from working together as one team.
Associates can choose from one of several Beacon-branded items. Gifts will be available for pick up at a number of gift giveaway events throughout the month of May (see below).
Please make every effort to come to one of these events, visit with your colleagues and see all your gift options up close and personal. Unfortunately, exchanges will not be available. One gift per associate, please.
If you are unable to attend one of the live events, you will be able to place an order online for your free gift item at www.companycasuals.com/Associateweek. The online
