Dr. Lee received his medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed his residency at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Lee is the Co-Director of the Heart Failure Clinic at Elkhart General Hospital. Dr. Lee is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, adult echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, clinical lipidology, geriatrics, internal medicine and advanced heart failure/transplant cardiology. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Cardiology. He is also a member of the American College of Ethical Physicians.
