Legal Interactions with Law Enforcement During Patient Care

Vicki Elaine Becker was elected by Caucus to Elkhart County Prosecutor in 2016. She had been the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney of Elkhart County for fourteen (14) years prior to her election. Ms. Becker began her career in prosecution at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in 1995 as an intern while in law school. Currently, Vicki Elaine Becker serves the State of Indiana as the Prosecuting Attorney for the 34th Judicial District, County of Elkhart, and has held that position since January of 2017. Mrs. Becker received a Bachelor’s Degree, cum laude, from University of Indianapolis in 1994, with a concentration in History and Political Science. Her Juris Doctorate degree was granted by Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1997.
