Registration is now open for the “Physician Wellness Workshop”, sponsored by the Beacon Medical Education Department.  Often, physicians forget to care for their most important patient each day – themselves. Our goal is to offer an in-person, interactive workshop providing tangible tools to help physicians rediscover their joy in medicine. Dike Drummond, MD, will lead a five-hour workshop combining three of his most popular sessions: Burnout Proof Live Workshop, Physician Leadership Power Tools and Physician’s Guide to Navigating a Bureaucracy.

The event will take place on Saturday, October 26th at the beautiful Marina Grand Resort in New Buffalo, Michigan.  A limited number of rooms are available for those who want to take advantage of this event to spend the weekend and take in the sights of Lake Michigan, discover the charming town of New Buffalo shops, restaurants or stroll the beach.  Enjoy the fall foliage and visit a few wineries along the way!
