She will become CEO of the merged CAPS and Maple City Health Care Center in mid-2026, creating an integrated model of care that combines primary care, behavioral health, and family services across Northern Indiana.<\/p>\n<p>With over 20 years of experience, Rebecca is a trauma-informed clinical social worker and leader specializing in PTSD and substance misuse. Her work focuses on connecting healthcare, mental health, and child welfare systems to advance prevention and coordinated care.
