Packet Pickup

Registrants will have the option to select one of three packet pickup options. You may pick up at the expo free of charge, select to have it mailed, or race day pickup for a fee.

Save time at packet pickup by looking up your bib number in advance. Find your bib here

Bib listings are updated daily. If you’ve registered within the past few hours, your bib number can be found in your confirmation email.

Don’t have time to look it up? No problem. Visit our information booth and we can assist in providing you with your bib number. We will not have paper listings of participant bib numbers at packet pickup.

Course Closing

The course closes to runners and re-opens to vehicle traffic according to the slowest allowable pace of a 16-minute mile. Waterstops will also close according to that pace. The finish line is the last section of the course to close, at 10:00 a.m. EDT (3.5 hours after the start). To reiterate: The course and runner support do not remain open for 3.5 hours; they close on a rolling 16-minute mile pace. If you are not keeping at least a 16-minute mile, you will not have support (no volunteers, police, water stops, etc.), the streets will be re-opened to vehicle traffic, and you will need to run on the sidewalk.

Medal Donation

Don’t need another medal to throw in a box not to be seen for years? Want to help brighten a child’s day? If you answered yes to either of these questions then you should consider donating your medals to Beacon Children’s Hospital. There will be two sites to donate medals. If you have medals at home that you would like to donate, bring them to the expo.  If you would like to donate your Sunburst finisher medal there will be a site at the finish for you to do so. Help make a child’s day brighter and support Beacon Children’s Hospital by donating any hard-earned medals.
