Memorial Hospital President Larry Tracy appointed to Indiana Hospital Association Board

Larry Tracy, president of Memorial Hospital, has been appointed to the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA) Board of Directors. Tracy began his role on the board on Jan. 1, 2021.

Tracy’s work with the IHA represents some of the many ways that members of Beacon Health System provide support to organizations who serve to improve the healthcare and lives of Hoosiers across the region and the state.

As a member of the board, Tracy represents the hospitals of the IHA Northern District, which includes Elkhart, LaPorte, Marshall and St. Joseph counties. He also serves as the president of the IHA Northern District.

His 2-year term runs through 2021-2022. Tracy is also in his second 2-year term on the IHA Council on Quality & Patient Safety.  The council serves as the advisory board for the Indiana Patient Safety Center and assists in the development of IHA positions on federal and state patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
