Update your cell numbers to receive leader survey
To continue our commitment to listening and learning from feedback, we’d like to invite YOU to take part in another quick, text-based survey directly to your cellphone. This survey will provide the opportunity for you to give updated input on your leader.
Just like the last survey, you’ll receive a link directly to your cell phone with questions using a 5-star rating scale, plus an open field to add comments.
To make this happen, we will need as many cell phone numbers as possible, and we need your help. Please visit PeopleSoft, using the following steps, to make sure an updated cell phone is listed for you in the ‘Mobile’ phone section:
- Log on to PeopleSoft
- Click Self Service
- Click Personal Information
- Click Phone Numbers – then click Add Phone Number
- Important Step: Choose ‘Mobile’ from the Phone Type drop down menu
- Enter the number
- Click Save

The data provided by our associates helps us develop tactics aligned to our Great Workplace strategy, design leadership curriculum for Beacon Academy, and identifying targeted areas of focus at department and entity levels. That is why your feedback is valued and we encourage your participation.
It’s important to note that while survey answers are not anonymous, your direct manager(s) will not have access to your input. A select few Beacon leaders and HR Business Partners have visibility to input so they can act on issues quickly and on an individual basis.
This type of transparency will help power a Great Workplace at Beacon!
