Be careful on the roads

South Bend and Elkhart are under a State of Emergency tonight because of flooding. Michigan Street from North Shore Drive to the Bartlett roundabout, north of Memorial Hospital, is temporarily closed. Please be safe on the roads and leave early. Allow plenty of time to get to where you’re going. Don’t drive into standing water or around barricades or posted signs. Your safety is the most important thing. We are keeping an eye on the situation and will update you if anything changes.
