Eye on Health: Beacon Cancer Care patient grateful for personalized treatment, support
Cancer treatments have evolved tremendously within the past decade, whether it be through artificial intelligence or robotic technology, and Beacon Cancer Care continues to adapt and offer patients personalized care, treatment plans and emotional support for patients like Linda Bradford.
Two years ago, Linda received a life-changing cancer diagnosis.
While she hadn’t smoked since February 1994, Linda developed lung cancer that ultimately spread to her liver and kidneys.
“When you hear the phrase Stage 4, you almost think that this is your death certificate,” Linda said.
She sought treatment from the Beacon Cancer Care team.
“I think God sent me to the best because these people are the best. They are some of the most caring, patient, encouraging people that I could ever meet,” said Linda, who is now in remission.
