Online Stroke Support Resources

  • American Stroke Association – Stroke news, information, research facts and resources, including a support network for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
  • CardioSmart: American College of Cardiology – Information related to heart disease, risk factors, diet and exercise specifically written for patients
  • National Stroke Association – Stroke prevention and care resources and information for the stroke community, including stroke support group listings by state, and stroke helpline 1.800.STROKES (787.6537).
