Beacon Medical Group ENT and Audiology Elkhart seeks a full-time BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a premier, growing multispecialty practice offering comprehensive ENT services for adults and children.

4. Work Schedule & Call Structure

– Average 4.5 days per week

– Provider autonomy in scheduling

– Office & ER call: 1:4

Team includes two BC/BE Otolaryngologists, three full-time onsite Audiologists, and an APC. Newly renovated office with procedure rooms, allergy immunotherapy practice, multiple microscopes and scope towers, and access to eight fully remodeled hospital ORs with 24/7 hospitalist support.
