Job Summary

Beacon Kalamazoo Heart Institute is seeking a full-time BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join our premier practice covering the Southwest region of Michigan.

  • Beacon Medical Group, is seeking a dynamic high-caliber BC/BE Medical Oncologist for the Beacon Cancer Care location in Kalamazoo, MI and Allegan, MI
  • The candidate will join our Hematologist/Oncologists in an established medical oncology program
  • Full services including infusion
  • Call (1 in 4 weeks), first call support, highly competitive salary (50% MGMA + productivity), each physician team consists of an RN, MA, and an NP, strong patient load averaging 15-20 patients per day
  • The clinic utilizes Cerner EMR on the inpatient service as well as outpatient with oncology module
  • Outpatient clinical pharmacist support
  • Strong referral base
  • Multispecialty Tumor boards

Work Schedule

  • Physicians interested in this position will work 40 hours per week (36 patient facing and 4 admin hours) with a mixture of inpatient and outpatient
  • Call Schedule: Currently 1:4 night and weekend (low volume)
