Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Hand Surgery. This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, including traumatic injuries, degenerative diseases, congenital anomalies, and complex reconstructive cases.
The surgeon will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include performing surgical and non-surgical interventions, collaborating in care planning, and engaging in community and professional education. A commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development is essential.

Work Schedule
- Physicians interested in this position will work 40 hours per week (36 patient facing and 4 administrative hours) with a flexible schedule determined by the physician and the management team.
- Occasional Community Ortho Trauma Call split with Orthopedic Department and includes support from the WMED Residency Program.
