Beacon Connected Care gives you online access from home or any location to your scheduled visit with your provider. Find virtual appointment options with local health care providers in a variety of specialties. Telehealth access is private, secure and easy – all from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Before your virtual visit, you will receive an email or text with a link to your appointment on a mobile device or computer. If you believe your condition is life threatening, call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest Emergency Room.

Book a video visit with MedPoint to receive care from home. You and your family (adults and children six months and older) also have online access from MedPoint for minor urgent care needs.
