Laboratory Services
Beacon offers outpatient laboratory services at locations in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. Visit us for blood draws, or tests for flu, RSV, strep, STD/STI, HIV, HPV, PSA, testosterone, hormone or pregnancy.
Types of services
Outpatient:
When you self-schedule in advance to either fulfill a provider order of lab work OR if you wanted to schedule personal wellness testing, you are an outpatient. Patients may schedule appointments online or by calling Outpatient Scheduling at 574-647-7700. Online scheduling is preferred.
Walk-in patient for lab work services:
Refers to both Beacon and non-established Beacon patients. Advanced appointment scheduling is not available. Patients need an active provider order in chart, paper order in-hand or order faxed to us if their provider is outside Beacon.
