Overview
Aneurysms can happen in many parts of the body, including the brain, belly, chest, legs, groin or neck. An aneurysm that bursts causes bleeding within the body and may lead to death.

Treatment varies from regular health checkups to emergency surgery. Sometimes noninvasive surgery is possible. The choice of treatment depends on the location, size and condition of the aneurysm.
