Celebrating our Associates

Every Beacon associate brings with them their own distinct gifts, insights and expertise. Each brings their own unique strengths and abilities, which work together to create a positive and life-changing
atmosphere of hope and healing for the patients we have the honor to care for.

Without each of our unique qualities, we simply could not achieve our mission to empower health and well-being in the communities we serve. In recognition of these efforts, every associate had the opportunity to choose an exclusive “We are Beacon” gift last month, which symbolized the power of that comes from working together as one system.

Gifts included t-shirts, polos, umbrellas, tote bags, backpacks and blankets. Each giveaway event was marked by lots of smiles and appreciation.

One associate expressed her gratitude to Beacon CEO Phil Newbold:

“Thank you so much for the Beacon gift. It was very generous of you to give each of us something so rewarding. The gifts were a nice selection and [created] a lot of excitement as each person made their own special choice. It really expresses your gratitude toward all of us. I am proud to be a ‘Beacon.’”
