Beacon Health & Fitness is seeing an influx in the number of new members this month. But how do you make sure your health and fitness journey doesn’t come to a screeching halt in the weeks and months ahead?

In our new WSBT Eye on Health story, Katie Budzius and Lacie Klopfenstein, fitness specialists and personal trainers, share important tips to help you incorporate your new goals into your everyday routine. These tips will help you keep them year round.

For beginners, sometimes less is more. “Make it a part of your lifestyle, so it’s easier to reach your goals and obtain them over a longer period of time,” Budzius says.
