Wound Healing Care Team

Our wound care centers are staffed by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals with specific training in the most advanced techniques available for the treatment of chronic and hard-to-heal wounds.

Your wound care team may include:

• Board-Certified physicians – Assist our care team with specialty knowledge in internal medicine, general surgery, vascular surgery, podiatry and plastic surgery.
• Hyperbaric oxygen treatment technicians – Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Certified in hyperbaric treatment, they operate and monitor hyperbaric chambers and related support systems.
• Physical therapists – Provide the highest level care as certified wound specialists. Many are also diabetic wound certified.
• Wound care physicians – Represent varied specialties and possess advanced training in wound care and wound management.
