Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits, explore new options and make sure your choices continue to fit your needs, and those of your family, for the year ahead.
During the Open Enrollment period, you’ll be able to make your 2027 elections, learn about what’s new and access helpful tools to guide you through every step.
For 2027, several changes are being made to our medical plans, including updates to network tiers and the elimination of the out-of-pocket maximum for out-of-network care. Associates who reside outside of Michigan and Indiana will also have access to a new medical plan design featuring a network that better serves you. In addition, we have enhanced several other benefit offerings, including long-term disability (LTD) for part-time associates, dental, and vision coverage
Whether you’re looking to continue with your current coverage or make changes, we encourage you to take the time to review your options carefully.

Information sessions (webinars)
Join us for informational presentations covering plan offerings, enrollment updates and important changes for the upcoming year. Each short presentation will be followed up with a Q&A session.

Meet with benefits vendors and representatives to learn more about available programs, ask questions and gather additional resources.
