What is Occupational Health?

Our Occupational Health providers help safeguard and manage the health and safety of workers in companies across many industries throughout our region. We work with each individual to prevent injuries from happening in the first place, and are also available to help treat people should they need medical care. Some of the services we can provide include: general workplace safety education, employee wellness and preventive medicine services, pre-employment testing and occupational therapy.

With Beacon Connected Care, your employees and their families will have access to care for minor medical needs, nutrition counseling and behavioral health counseling – all from your mobile device, tablet or computer.

Beacon HealthLink

Formerly COMconnect™, Beacon HealthLink is web based technology that offers current and past medical and drug screen records on line. Through a secure and password protected web access point Beacon Occupational Health clients can obtain medical documents from your desk top. Beacon Healthlink will provide valuable data, appointment schedules and communications to save you time. Beacon HealthLink can also be utilized by insurance carriers to streamline information for claims adjusters. Robert Weed — Worksite Clinic Partner

Beacon Occupational Health opened a new onsite health clinic for employees at Robert Weed Corporation. The clinic offers medical care and certain prescription drug coverage at no cost to Robert Weed employees in their insurance plan. The clinic is located at their facility in Bristol, Indiana.

This clinic is part of Beacon’s Occupational Health network of services designed specifically for the well-being of employees in the workplace. With six locations throughout the area, Beacon Occupational Health team members focus on injury prevention, employee wellness, preplacement testing, ergonomics and ongoing employee health education.

  1. They must bring written authorization from the employer to be treated or provided occupational health services
  2. Photo I.D.
  3. Minor Consent Form PDF: all individuals 17 and under will need parental / guardian consent to be treated and a copy
  4. All individuals 15 and under must be accompanied with a parent/guardian.
