Members of Memorial Hospital’s Heart, Vascular & Stroke Program shared information about stroke and conducted blood pressure checks at a South Bend Cubs game on May 27 at Four Winds Field. Along with Memorial MedFlight performing a flyover before the game, a South Bend Cubs jersey and a Fitbit were raffled off.
