Dr. Thomas W. Larrew, MD is a board-eligible pediatric neurosurgeon from South Carolina. His clinical and research interests include pediatric epilepsy surgery, spasticity surgery (baclofen pump surgery and selective dorsal rhizotomy), neuro-oncologic surgery, fetal surgery, traumatic brain injury and hydrocephalus.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Larrew enjoys the outdoors, music, watching collegiate and professional sports, fitness and spending time with his family.
