You’ll need to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment time. Once you’re in our waiting room, you’ll receive a text message. This message will either:
- Provide a link to check in from your phone, allowing you to skip the front desk, OR
- Direct you to check in at the front desk if our staff needs to verify any information
Why might I need to visit the front desk? Some appointments require additional verification, or there may be questions about your insurance or registration information. This helps us ensure everything is correct before you see your provider.
If you did NOT complete digital registration, please check in at the front desk when you arrive, and our staff will help you complete your registration. Paper forms are always available.
