Cashless checkout begins July 1
Beacon hospitals are introducing cashless payments in cafeteria and food service areas starting July 1, 2026. This includes hospital cafeterias, cafés and on‑site vendors (Subway and Starbucks). Cash will not be accepted in these areas.
This change helps make service faster and more convenient, especially during busy mealtimes.
Accepted forms of payment include:
- Credit or debit cards
- Mobile payment options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay

Cafe 615 Cafeteria
Cafe 615 is located on the first floor just east of the ‘B’ elevators. Our menu and huge salad bar offers a wide variety of choices to accommodate nearly any palate. Our serving area is designed to ease traffic flow and our relaxing dining room provides an exceptional mealtime experience. Options include salad bar and soup, grille and pizza, hot meals, beverages, snacks, grab-and-go options, desserts, and weekday specials.

SUBWAY, which is located inside Cafe 615, offers fresh, made-to-order sub sandwiches and a variety of other flavorful, healthy foods.

The Cafeteria is located on the first floor of the Hospital. It offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of entrees, side dishes, desserts, soups, salad bar, grilled sandwiches, grab-and-go items and beverages.

Daily – 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.*
- Hot breakfast – 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Continental breakfast – 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Hot lunch – 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Grill items – 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Fryer items – 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Salad and soup bar – 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Dinner entrees – 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
*Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays: Doors close between 10:30-11 a.m. and 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Guest Trays
To help with your dining experience, we offer a meal delivery service specifically for our patients’ guests. Dial 4567, between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., to order items off the patient menu. Guest trays can include one entree, two sides, dessert, and beverage of choice. Guest trays will be delivered within one hour to the patient’s room.
There is a nominal fee of $6 per meal associated with this program. Please purchase a Guest Tray Voucher before the time of meal delivery, which can be purchased in the Cafeteria.
Vending Machines
Offering snacks and beverages, vending machines are located near the Cafeteria, in the Surgery Waiting Room, near the Emergency Department Waiting Room, in the West Wing and on many medical units. Change machines are also provided.
