Fast-Pass Visitor Identification System

Memorial Hospital now using the Fast-Pass visitor identification system.

All visitors will be given a photo-ID visitor pass upon entering the hospitals. Individuals will also use the badge to check out when leaving.

• Please show a valid picture ID to security or guest services team members when you enter.
• A peel-and-stick badge with your photo, name, date and destination will be created for you.
• Please wear the badge during your visit and show the badge to the security or guest services team when leaving the hospital.

Beacon hospitals continue to follow limited visitation guidelines. Visitors must complete a COVID-19 screening and wear a disposable mask at all times inside any hospital or facility, including while in a patient room. A maximum of two healthy visitors at a time per patient continue to be allowed.
